The Stone Mountain-Sue Kellogg branch has been serving the Stone Mountain area since 1964. This community library serves patrons of all ages with a wide-range of materials, services and programming.  The library is named for Mrs. Arthur B. Kellogg who, with other members of the Stone Mountain Woman's Club, spearheaded the efforts to have a library built in Stone Mountain.
