The Wesley Chapel-William C. Brown Library has served south DeKalb County since 1990. This branch is one of four area libraries which have large circulating and reference collections. The branch focuses on providing specialized services and materials in the areas of small business information, early childhood enrichment and African American culture. In 1992, the Library was named for Dr. William C. Brown, long-time chair of the Library Board of Trustees. 2861 Wesley Chapel Road
