The University of Georgia's Cooperative Extension Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) will provided healthy eating nutrition education classes to families with children.

• January 10, 2013: Your Food, Your Choice - Learn about general nutrition, food choices, and how to prepare quick and easy recipes.
• January 17, 2013: Stress-Free Meal Times - Learn how to make meal times stress free. 
• January 24, 2013: Color Me Healthy - Add more fruits and vegetables to your meals.
• January 31, 2013: Winning Ways with Fast Food - Learn to make delicious fast foods for your family.
• February 7, 2013: Keep Yourself Well!  - Eat healthy and get moving.
• February 14, 2013: Keep Your Health Out of Jeopardy! - Make the right food choices to help prevent and/or reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
