The Yale Slavic Chorus is touring Atlanta and is delighted to perform with the Children’s Russian Folk Ensemble Kalinka of Atlanta School #1.  The Yale Slavic Chorus, established in 1969, sings traditional and arranged pieces from all over the Balkans and Eastern Europe.  The Ensemble Kalinka’s members are children between the ages of 7 and 15 who speak (or at least sing) in the Russian language and have an interest in Russian language and culture.
