Join Decatur-based singer-songwriter Caroline Herring at DeKalb County Public Library as she performs songs from her latest CD, I Will Go Into The Day. Enjoy a mix of fast-paced, happy tunes from a variety of musical styles—jazz, bluegrass, country, western swing, Yiddish and even country blues. Most of the songs are Caroline's, but she also includes John the Rabbit, a Mississippi folk song, and Donna Donna, a beautiful and plaintive Yiddish folk song made famous by Joan Baez.
