Norma Miller, EdM, and Connie Keck, PhD, instructors at the Life Enrichment Center in Decatur, share their years of research and expertise in brain health. Chemistry powers our brains. Keeping our brains healthy means giving them the building blocks they need to make the right chemicals. Each brain is unique and needs different amounts of these building blocks. In this lecture, Miller and Keck will guide you through an assessment of your brain chemistry and suggest foods and supplements that will help increase your brain's function.
