Join Meridy Hurt, certified Laughter Yoga leader, as she teaches techniques that help reduce stress, improve oxygenation to the entire body and reduce anxiety and depression. Laughter Yoga (LY) is a form of exercise to improve health, happiness and joy. Voluntary laughter becomes contagious laughing and soon stress oozes away. The more you engage, the better you feel!
