Join author Imani Scott, PhD, for an interactive workshop to discuss race relations, effective communication and the peace building process. Dr. Scott, author of Crimes Against Humanity in the Land of the Free, will lead a discussion on topics such as becoming aware of our own cultural biases, learning about culturally-driven ways of seeing, being and doing of others, and developing a baseline of skills to support intercultural communications.
